Solution:

• This solution will erase all your data and is the best option. It restores your phone to the state when you purchased it. i.e. if there is any way you can back up your data then you are good to go, do the backup before using this method.

Procedure:

• Remove the battery of your phone for 5sec.
• Insert back the battery and boot your phone into recovery mode by: hold both the vol+ (vol up) and power on button for at least 10 seconds.
• Navigate to wipe data/factory reset.
• Confirm this by clicking yes.
• The reboot your device.
